How long is the customization process?

Production time is approximately 4 weeks

Do you offer volume discounts?

Volume discounts are provided for orders of 5 or more

What if I don't know what I want?

Take a look at our Gallery for ideas and we can also provide mock-ups after you submit initial information

What if I need my shoes earlier than 4 weeks?

We do offer rush delivery options for a fee

What is your return policy?

Since your customs are created by hand we do not offer returns for any reason.

How do I handle sizing?

You should try on any sneakers before placing order as we will not be able to provide refunds or exchanges for sizing issues since we do not keep inventory on hand.

How do I care for my custom sneakers?

Our customs are meant for daily wear, but that will degrade in quality similar to a normal sneaker. For best care avoid exposure to water / hard chemicals and keep clean after wearing with a light wipe off with a cloth towel.

Payment?

All payments are made in advance and are non-refundable since we are purchasing shoes at retail immediately to begin your customization. We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Discover, and more.

Can I track my order?

Yes when your order is complete you will receive an email with delivery tracking information.

Can I ship my order to a different address?

Yes, just make note in the shipping section of the order process.
